I have been involved in appliances for over 6 years, and one thing that amazes me is the manufacturer insisting on changing model codes completely on an annual basis. Not only is it confusing for the consumer when their brochure is out of date, but also it makes life hard for internet retailers who need to update their whole online catalogue (600 products!).
